Refund Policy

Refund Policy for all Evolve Dental Education Courses


We value your commitment to our educational courses and aim to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to all participants. Please familiarise yourself with our refund policy below:


1. No Refunds Within 4 Weeks:

We regret that no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within four weeks of the course start date. However, exceptions apply if the course cannot proceed on the advertised dates.


2. Partial Refunds Before 4 Weeks:

Participants who cancel their enrolment before the four week mark of the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund.

If the full course fee has been paid, participants are entitled to a 70% refund.

If only the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.


Please note:

- All refund requests must be submitted in writing or via email.

- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

- We reserve the right to determine the appropriate course of action for each refund request.


3. Course Cancellation:

In the event that the course cannot proceed on the advertised dates, participants will receive either a complimentary change of date or a full refund, regardless of the cancellation timing.


4. Change of Dates:

Participants facing unforeseen personal circumstances may request to change the course date without incurring any additional charges up to four weeks prior to the course date. This is subject to availability, and participants are encouraged to contact us promptly to discuss their options.
